Upper back and shoulder release

We specifically approach most yoga poses with the intention to release tension in the upper back and shoulder girdle. Approach this yoga practice with softness, not from a place of strength (where you can push through) Cultivate the quality of flexibility and gentleness. Some of the yoga poses practiced are Half Dog against the wall, Shoulder Clock and Lunge Poses, Anjaneyasana with Eagle Arms, Utkatasana/Chair Pose, Warrior Poses, Virabhadrasana, Standing Wide Legged Forward Bend, Prasarita Padottanasana variations and Bridge Pose, Setu Bandha Sarvangasana.
