Names of the poses are: Raised Legs Pose, Leg Rotation, Cycling, Leg Lock Pose, Sleeping Abdominal Stretch Pose, Universal Spinal Twist, Boat Pose. If you have High blood pressure, heart problems, recent abdominal surgery, menstruation or are pregnant and in your 2nd or 3rd trimester, this practice is not recommended.
