Balancing surrender and effort

Start off with some Yin Yoga poses, twists to detox the body, and a lovely pose to create space in the side body. After that you're ready and able to move into a Sun Salutation variation that will lead to some standing poses like Warrior II, Extended Side Angle Pose, some Side Planks (Vasistasana) and some backbends. A cooling down than leads to a yummy relaxation to end this Yoga class.
