Mixture of Yin Yin and Vinyasa flow

This class starts with Yin Yoga poses where you are invited to inquire into your body where you can let go more. Than we move into a strong enough vinyasa flow with standing poses like Warrior II, Triangle pose, Bound Side Angle Pose, Intense Side Stretch, Reversed Triangle Pose, Warrior III and Hasta Padangustasana.
