Stay present during your Yoga practice

This Yoga class builds up to a few longer held standing poses to strengthen your legs. We balance the strong work with a few Yin poses to settle the body and mind. You're reminded to stay present to your breath and to use your breath to keep your body safe. This class leaves you feeling you've worked your body but at the same time like you've just had a long massage. Great Yoga class.
