Enjoy bending backwards

Esther teaches how to prepare the body to get into backbends in a safe way. Open shoulders, upper back and warming up the front of the hips and legs are important, as well as learning to keep your spine long and thus safe. Some of the poses practice are Cobra Pose (Bujanghasana) Upward Facing Dog Pose (Urdhva Mukkha Svanasana) Camel pose (Ustrasana) Bow pose (Dhanarasana) Full Wheel Pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana).
