Approach this class being OK with whatever comes your way, feeling- and sensation-wise. Not resisting anything or craving for something else. During this class we take the hips through different directions of rotation to release any tension in there! Some of the poses practiced are Warrior I + variation, Warrior II, Wide Legged Child Pose, Half Lord of the Fishes Pose (Ardha Matsyendrasana), Cow Face Pose (Gomukhasana), Pigeon Pose (Kapotasana), Butterfly Pose (Baddha Konasana) and Frog Pose (Bekhasana). After all that, you'll need a relaxation.
