Part 2 of of Andrew's headstand series.
With students wishing to explore further into the subtle delights of the Headstand. This practice begins with a quieting of the mind and then progresses into the movement and articulation of the head, neck and shoulders. The body is gently heated with a short sequence of postures involving the Downward and Upward Facing Dog Postures to bring movement and strength to the body. Ultimately leading to approaching the full posture, involving full demonstration and descriptions of suitable variations. The practice finishes with a few minutes of Savasana.
