Vinyasa Flow Yoga for beginners, part 4

We introduce the main used seated poses after we repeat what we have practiced and learned till now. Some of the new poses practiced are: malasana / squat, dandasana / staff pose, janu sirsasana / head to knee pose, Paschimottanasana / Full Forward Bend, Baddha Konasana / Bound Angle Pose, Upavishta Konasana / Wide Seated Forward Bend, Ardha Matsyendrasana / Half Lord of the Fishes Pose and Happy Baby pose.
