Vinyasa Flow Yoga for beginners, part 2

Learn to flow. Repeat the Yoga poses you have learned in part 1 and you will learn to string these yoga poses together to move with the breath. We end up doing a variation of Sun Salutation / Surya Namaskara. We learn the Ujjayi breath and finish with Savasana / Relaxation pose.
