Anusara Yoga for beginners, Class 2

In this class we will be building on to the Universal Principles of Alignment with an introduction of the second Principle, called “Muscular energy,” which is an action that draws the different parts of the body toward the core and to the focal point. A short explanation of the focal point and a practice with basic standing poses using these alignment techniques, which will stabilize and help integrate your body in each pose.
