Anusara Yoga for beginners, Class 3

We continue adding and building onto the Principles of Alignment with the introduction of the fifth principle “Organic energy.” This last principle balances out the second Principle of “Muscular energy.” Organic energy extends out from the core to the outside of the body and away from the focal point. In the practice with more standing poses and some basic backbends, you will experience this freeing, extensive energy.
