Peaceful sleep preparation

These just-before-bed stretches can be done in 5 or 10 minutes and will really make a difference to the quality of your sleep and the way your body feels when you wake up again. I firmly believe everyone should end their day on their yoga mat,聽literally just before you're about to go to bed. Even if you spend only 3-5 minutes stretching out and releasing some tension, you'll go to sleep and wake up feeling so much more relaxed. Try it!
