Enjoy this class in which we wake up every cell of the body. We start by rocking the body to wake up our fascia, before rolling around a bit and spiralling around the shoulders and spine. We then move onto a standing flow with balancing Half Moon pose and several twists. Your body will appreciate this flow and you get plenty of time to feel what the effects are of this practice on your body and mind. Have fun, yogi friends!
