Only when you lose balance... can you find balance! This class starts with about 5 minutes of mantra singing to bring the mind into a calm state so the body can find its balance with less distraction. Once the movement starts, there are some ‘beginner balances’ on the hands and knees to build strength and stability in motion. Next, a few standing poses that all include balance leads us to the peak experience, balancing on a block and eventually the cushion to lose and find balance! Have fun, breathe and enjoy the process.
