In this class, Sandra will lead you through a series of organic movements to loosen up the space in the shoulder joint and to stretch the fascial lines in your arms. In this very gentle and easy flow class you will be guided through a series of poses that help you to drop into your body with ease and comfort. There is some holding of poses with alignment to help you get deeper into the tissues that feel stiff. With Anjaneyasana, Twisted Tabletop, Vajrasana and a guided meditation.
