Hidden corners: In search of new sensations

Many classes focus on the big, ‘important’ parts and miss some of the hidden corners. This is a great starter / warm-up class to prepare for a longer practice and is also a great mini-practice when your time is limited. If your knees are sensitive, have a blanket to place underneath them or to roll up under the knees in Child's pose. Have fun exploring these hidden corners and making the whole body come alive with your attention.
