An all-round flow including Sun Salute variations, hip and shoulder mobilisation, strengthening and inner balance. You will move through a nice variety of poses with some ‘tricks’ to check your stability, using lunges and hip-focused standing poses. All the while you will be invited to "move towards the things that bring life and move away from things that threaten it." You'll need a block for this practice.
