Egyptian Sun Salutation Part 2

The Egyptian Sun Salutation allows for visualisation to take you into the sensations in the body. Here in part 2 of this series, we focus on transitions between poses and, in addition, incorporate a flowing, dynamic Warrior standing sequence. This is taught fairly slowly so you can allow your breath to be free, take time to arrive in each posture and dive deeper into all the sensations behind the skin.
