Diaphragm awareness: Gentle asana and breath

After a short overview on how we breathe, join David for this gentle Hatha Yoga class that only has a few poses to allow you to drop deeply into breath awareness.  There will be a few slow Sun Salute variations, Triangle, Extended Side Angle and Standing forward fold ...finishing with seated Butterfly.  More than strength or mobility, this practice is for breath awareness.  Take the awareness tools from this class and apply them to other classes!
