This Is Spinal Tap!

Using the classic parody documentary as inspiration, David created this hour-long sequence to move your spine in all directions with the primary intentions of developing strength, mobility and relaxation. We start with some Sun Salute variations and open the conversation with the spine. From there, moving to the sides, taking twists in a few standing poses, and finishing on the floor with more twists. Finally, we invite relaxation in with a supported, releasing forward fold and Shoulder Bridge.
