This movement flow class focuses on moving between poses and shapes to develop deeper strength and stability. As in life, when we rush from one event to the next, we often miss some of the magic in the transitions... So here we slow down the movement between the poses and see what is happening. Starting with rolling the joints and a brief floor warm-up, then a few waves of Vinyasa, mixed with moving transitions to build some heat. There is some crawling from face up to face down and some fun balancing waves to stay focused. We finish with rolling on the shoulders and Shoulderstand, which you can always skip... this is online yoga ;) All the while, David hopes to inspire you with his integrated philosophy about life and its transitions.
