Vibrant body

You will energise both your body and mind with this invigorating sequence. We work a lot with functional shoulder flexion and back extension movements, to prepare the body for some more traditional backbends. We also have a standing poses sequence to strengthen the legs and open the hips. A nicely balanced class with a bit of everything. Plenty of time and reminders given to tune into feeling the life force (Prana) increasing in your body as this sequence progresses.
