Do you feel you need a reboot? We start the class standing to loosen up the joints, and slowly work our way to the floor, relaxing more and more and holding poses for longer. All done with the intention to relax our vital nervous system. When you consciously connect to the support of the floor this makes you feel safe on a psychological and unconscious level. As a result the nervous system relaxes. We will practice everything while staying connected to the sense of being contented and relaxed. You'll feel like new.
