X marks the spot - as on a pirate’s treasure map - shows us the hidden treasures in the shapes we take in yoga and movement, as well as just being human. Starting lying on the back, then moving to kneeling and standing poses, this class explores many ways to bring the opposite elbow to the knee in many different shapes. It's a great sequence for shoulder and back mobility and all the twists make it a nice flow for the digestion. The class ends in a restorative pose with David singing ‘Even as Night’ from Mirabai Ceiba, while you drop into the treasure of the human heart.
