Self soothing - methods for calming down

Tashi offers tips for calming down your nervous system, wherever you are and whatever you might be doing. These simple techniques will hopefully support you when you鈥檙e feeling agitated, uneasy, scared, fretful or anxious and they can start to take effect fairly quickly when you get into the habit of using them.
