Moon day yoga

Mindful and gentle movements to offer you comfort during your morning or evening yoga, or while you're on your period. We work with lower centre of gravity poses (seated and on all fours) to higher centre of gravity poses (standing), with an option to stay closer to the ground if it feels better. With poses like kneeling Warrior II and Dancing Warrior, to a standing version of those if that feels appropriate. This class will ease your cramps and clear your mind.
