Strengthen and stretch

Feel the whole body opening and your energy increase with mostly standing poses. This classical Hatha yoga class gets right down to business and will stretch and strengthen the legs, hips and spine. Expect to practice Crescent pose, Tree pose, Warrior II, Triangle pose, some backbends, a variation on Pigeon pose etc. A great start to your day!
