Start your day with this energising flow, geared towards waking up the body. We'll start out softly, gently waking up the muscles, then build some heat through a creative flow. We find the feeling of solidity in our standing poses that you can take with you into your day. An optional handstand is added just for fun and we finish with Pran mudra. This mudra works on the 1st chakra and gives rise to healthy self-confidence.
