This intermediate level strength sequence works your spinal and core muscles; it follows on from the beginner's class. We combine dynamic and static work including hollow body holds, bear crawls, frog jumps, bridge lifts and more. This time there are extra challenges like trying to pause in your jumps and some cardio work. Repeat this regularly and you'll strengthen your 'core' as well as challenge your brain! A short, fun blast that will make you strong and feels good! Building up your strength like this will allow you to become more stable and fluid on your yoga practice.
