Pelvic floor and core consciousness

In this talk, Jos茅 explains the importance (for both men and women) of being conscious of the pelvic floor, core and back muscles. She explains what exactly the 'core' and pelvic floor consist of and why it is so important to keep those muscles active and strong. She also gives some tips on how to stay conscious of them in your day to day life, followed by an exercise for the pelvic floor with various difficulty options both for men and women.
