Class 2: Yin yoga - observing sensations

Allow yourself to settle deeply. This Yin class will help you focus on bodily sensations to keep your mind from wandering, work on your concentration and enable you to become deeply immersed in your body. This feeling of seclusion and connection to your body will bring wonderful feelings of peace. Some of the poses practiced are Toe squat, Square pose, half Saddle, and supported Sphinx. You'll need a bolster, or pillows, a couple of blocks and a meditation cushion for this class.
