Class 3: Yin yoga - stable as a mountain

During this Yin yoga class we establish a mountain-like presence within - grounded, solid and stable. When we feel connected to the earth there is a palpable sense of groundedness, which in turn helps us to feel a connection to the centre of ourselves and the centre of all things. Some of the poses we practice are Butterfly pose, Frog pose and Sleeping Swan pose. Have your usual props ready for this practice - a bolster, blocks and a meditation pillow.
