Class 5: Yin yoga - the space between thoughts

Feel your body settle and your mind become spacious and relaxed. We start with a short meditation to get in touch with the space between thoughts. By the time you move into some of the Yin poses, you'll know where you want your attention to be. We practice poses like Squat, Deer pose, Dragonfly and Twisted roots. Props: a blanket or meditation cushion.
