Finish your day with this slow, releasing class. Some gentle spinal movements start the practice, then a little wrist releasing. From there, we head to the hip joint for an internal rotation experience that hopefully creates some space in the groin. Then we lie on the back and focus on the back and insides of the legs, finishing with a restorative pose on the bolster. This is a relaxing practice intended to cultivate grace in movement and breath and to release the day in preparation for a restful and relaxed night. Of course, you're welcome to practice at any other point of the day too!
PROPS: Block, belt, bolster, blanket.
