Class 6: Yin yoga - rest as awareness

Feel yourself settle deeply, focusing on the earth and its qualities. We follow this by opening ourselves up to feelings and emotions that live in the heart, realising that allowing them to be and leaving them alone allows them to settle by themselves. Lastly we focus on pure awareness, clear and vast like the sky. Poses include Dangling, Ankle stretch, Dragon pose and a supported Reclined Butterfly. For this class you'll need a meditation cushion (or some blankets) and a bolster (or some pillows).
