Movement mish mash

This powerful class is not a yoga practice in the typical sense, but a combination of many movements and actions from ‘functional training’ mobility exercises. It is strong on the knees so take care. It also requires a bit of space for rolling and crawling around.
Starting with rolling the joints and then moving through a wide variety of strength training and mobility exercises, get ready to move and sweat and at the end feel alive with your power.
