The next installment of David’s MovNat-inspired classes features different ways to get up off the floor with and without hands. Some of the movements are featured in other sequences, but the focus here is to see how we can stand up from the floor without using the hands. Expect some rolling around, hip and ankle mobility work - and possibly to be sweating at the end of this 30 minutes. Also, expect to stay young and happy as you maintain the ability to 'Get up and stand up'… not just in our bodies, but for the conscious revolution we are all part of. Naturally, David shares some applied philosophy in this class too.
