Cooling down your Pitta

As the temperature gets warmer, Pitta - the fire and water element in the body - also increases. This means we need to focus more on a practice that is cooling and softening. It is not so much about what poses you do but about how you practice. In this class, we set an intention to cool, soften and surrender and Kirsten offers gentle reminders throughout the class to keep this intention in mind.
