Core connections

This class will take you on a journey into how your breathing action is connected to your core. We will embark on a light and dynamic experiment into touching three of our inner cores - the abdominal, outer and global ideas of our core stability. We also consider how core stability creates limb mobility. The dynamic exercises shown here are in connection with leg mobilisations and hip stability. Please approach this class with a smile!
