Yoga for the average bloke: Hip opening

In our ongoing series for men, this class has some breathing, Sun Salutation variations with a chair and then works on hip mobility. Using the chair for support, we practice squats and external rotation, then down to the floor for internal rotation. We finish with a twist to make a well-rounded practice for men beginning the path of yoga. Props: Chair and blocks. Try David's class, 'Yoga for the average man' here.
