We practice mindfully, consciously letting go of anything other than our awareness of breath and movement. This can bring us into a 'flow state' in which we can become one with what we practice. To help this state arise we flow through a set of Sun Salutations fairly rapidly to get out of our head and into our body. Before and after that we move slowly and mindfully.
