The dragon flow

This flow can test your stamina in 20 minutes. The invitation is to go with it, do as much as you can and stay fully present to whatever you are feeling - whether it be joy, tiredness, frustration or wanting to quit. It isn't about not listening - you can listen and stop or slow down - it's more about not turning away from those feelings. It's about staying present to them, teaching yourself its okay to feel them. Let yoga teach you to be okay with (and present to) feeling things outside your comfort zone. It makes your world bigger.
