A continuous flow that builds around the movement of Cat / Cow in the upper back in different poses. Poses are added every round and, of course, there's a bit of a surprise pose here and there! The focal point is to create space in your whole body but mostly in the upper back. The pace is purposely quite fast, so you get the chance to increase your heart rate too.
