In this session you will enhance your lung capacity with a specific breath exercise throughout the practice. This will make you more aware of your breath and sensations in your chest, upper back and shoulder area, plus the fluctuations in your mind.
In a playful way you will release tension in the chest, shoulders, upper back and arms. Everybody can benefit from this session, but some experience of Yin yoga can help so you can relax in the poses used for this sequence. This class is also great if you sit at a computer a lot or have tension in your upper body and want to wind down after a long day. Different options and variations are offered in order for everyone to benefit. You will need a blanket, bolster, pillow and blocks.
