Shiva and Shakti part 2

This is my personal morning practice that I use to warm up with every day - it's great on its own or you can practice it before moving onto 'serious' asana! It's based on an ancient sequence from the Himalayas and includes lovely stretches and a flow for the spine and sides of the body.
