Silver Lake – a lower back relief practice

This practice is inspired by yoga teacher, Aadil Palkhivala, who taught me this short, sweet, meditative 'Silver Lake' practice for the lower back many years ago. The entire practice is done lying down and works wonders when you’re experiencing lower back pain. Try to do this practice three times a day for about a week when you’re in acute pain, and then after that at least once per week.
