Pranayama + Yin yoga + meditation: Letting go

The ultimate 'letting go' class to help you feel blissfully relaxed and rejuvenated. We begin standing in a slight Goddess stance to practice some Pranayama exercises. When we deepen the breath and slow it down, we immediately lower our stress levels.聽We then move onto some Yin yoga poses including Butterfly, Sphinx pose, Dragonfly pose and more, and end with a grounding meditation.
