Strong, stable and mobile shoulders

A short, shoulder strengthening sequence, that makes you feel great when you work a lot on your computer. We work on mobilising the serratus anterior muscle through protraction and retraction in different positions. Also we slide the arm away from the body on a blanket for some pushing and pulling actions that strengthen areas of the shoulder we normally don't work on. A different, mindfully executed yoga sequence to repeat regularly for a healthy shoulder girdle. Props needed: a blanket
