Thoracic Park II: The back is back!

In this sequel to my first class, Thoracic Park, - we expand on the theme of strengthening and mobilising the thoracic spine. The whole practices focuses on the middle of the back from all directions and is designed to support you in having a healthy, mobile and powerful back, free from pain!  There's quite a bit of work here so expect to feel empowered after almost 45 minutes of effort, finishing with a releasing pose on the bolster. You'll need a block and a bolster for this practice.
